Mezze uses minimal browser storage to operate. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or any analytics cookies. This policy explains what we do use and why.
Authentication tokens (localStorage): When you sign in, our authentication provider (Supabase) stores a session token in your browser's localStorage. This keeps you logged in between visits. The token is removed when you sign out.
Referral code (localStorage): If you visit mezze.xyz via a referral link, the referral code is temporarily stored in localStorage. It is used once during account creation and then removed.
UI preferences (localStorage): Your homepage card layout position is stored locally in your browser so it persists between visits. This data never leaves your device.
Cloudflare Turnstile: During signup, Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies or use browser storage for bot detection. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
Google Fonts: Fonts are loaded from Google's CDN. Google may set cookies or collect request metadata during font delivery. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
X (Twitter) Conversion Tracking: If you arrive at mezze.xyz from X, a cookie may be set by X's client-side pixel to attribute your visit to an ad campaign. Additionally, if you sign up after arriving from X, a one-way hash of your email address is sent server-side to X's Conversion API for ad measurement. Users who arrive from other sources are not included in either form of tracking. See X's Privacy Policy for details.
You can clear localStorage at any time through your browser settings. Note that clearing authentication tokens will sign you out. Most browsers allow you to:
