Mezze ("we", "us", "our") is a customisable financial newsletter service operated from the United Kingdom. We aggregate publicly available data from sources including cryptocurrency markets, ETF flows, economic calendars, and prediction markets, and deliver a personalised daily briefing to your inbox.
By creating an account or using our service at mezze.xyz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mezze. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We use Supabase for authentication, and your password is handled entirely by Supabase — Mezze never sees or stores your password.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Account deletion has a 7-day grace period during which you can cancel the request. After 7 days, your data is permanently removed.
Mezze provides a configurable newsletter containing aggregated financial market data. You can choose which modules to include, set delivery times, and adjust frequency. The service is currently provided free of charge.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
Mezze is an information aggregation service, not a financial adviser. Nothing in our newsletters or on our website constitutes financial, investment, trading, or tax advice.
The data we present is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. You should not make financial decisions based solely on information from Mezze. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.
We are not responsible for any financial losses or gains resulting from actions taken based on our content.

The Mezze name, logo, website design, and newsletter layouts are our intellectual property. Market data included in newsletters is sourced from third-party providers and remains the property of those providers.
Your newsletter preferences and account configuration remain yours.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, or if we reasonably believe your use is harmful to the service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion from your profile settings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mezze and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or service interruptions.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero, as the service is currently free).
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are accessing the service from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
